The practical details
Terms & Conditions

1. About the service
All Four Paws Walking provides the walks, visits and suitable basic training support described on this site in Braintree and agreed nearby areas. Home boarding and day care are not offered at launch. Contact 07762 441410 or Callumoreilly5844@icloud.com.
2. Enquiries and bookings
An enquiry does not create a booking. We begin with a free initial meet and greet and assess whether the service is suitable. A booking is confirmed directly in writing with the service, dates, price, payment arrangement, cancellation information and necessary contracting details. Please check that confirmation and tell us about any error.
3. Prices and payment
The published prices apply to the services described. Any tailored arrangement and its total price must be agreed before booking. There are no online payments. Payment method and due date are agreed in writing, and extra charges are not added without your agreement.
4. Your dog’s information and care
Please give accurate, current health and behaviour information, including known triggers, bite or escape history, allergies, medication instructions and any relevant legal restrictions. Provide emergency and veterinary contacts and suitable, secure equipment. Tell us promptly if anything changes. We may decline or stop a service that cannot be delivered safely, explaining why and addressing any payment for services not provided.
Group walking depends on compatibility. Off-lead exercise requires explicit permission and a suitable dog and location, and must follow local rules. Training support uses everyday, reward-based practice; no particular outcome is guaranteed. 1-to-1 basic dog training is available as qualifications, experience and insurance allow.
5. Access and emergencies
Key or home-access arrangements and any permissions are agreed before a visit. In a welfare emergency we will try to contact you or your emergency contact and seek veterinary assistance when needed. Agree veterinary permissions and any spending arrangement at the meet and greet. Responsibility for a cost depends on the circumstances and your legal rights; these terms do not make you liable for our negligence.
6. Changes and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. There is no automatic late-cancellation charge at launch. If we cannot provide the booked service, you can agree an alternative or receive a refund for that service. Unsafe weather or illness may require a change or cancellation; any alternative service and price will be agreed with you.
7. Statutory cancellation rights
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, a service contract agreed at a distance or away from business premises may carry a 14-day cancellation right beginning the day after the contract is entered into. Contact us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will give the applicable information before the contract is agreed.
If you expressly request a service to start within that period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied. A cancellation right is lost after full performance only where the legal conditions, including your prior express request and acknowledgement, are met. Refunds required by these rules will be made within 14 days of being informed of the cancellation. These terms do not reduce any statutory right.
8. Concerns and responsibility
Please raise a concern promptly by phone or email with the booking details and what happened. We will acknowledge it and aim to provide a clear response within 10 working days, or explain if more time is needed.
Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory protections or court rights that apply to you as a consumer.
9. Keeping things clear
Changes to these terms will apply to future bookings or be agreed with you before affecting an existing arrangement. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
